About Esther- I have lived in Clermont County all my life. I have worked at Duke Energy for 26 years. I have 3 children and 13 grandchildren.

How would your life be different without CTC? My life would be more chaotic, I would have to deal with traffic and high gas prices. I have confidence in CTC to get me to work and back home in bad weather. Riding the bus gives me the opportunity to socialize or to catch up on my novel.

How long have you ridden CTC? 4 years

Do you think CTC is better now than 5 years ago and How?  Yes, they have upgraded the busses, they are a lot nicer and smoother riding. CTC has the Amelia Route now and I live between Amelia and New Richmond, so I have my choice of which bus to ride. They email you if the weather is bad. I really like the emergency ride home that way you know you are not stuck down town in case of family emergency.

Do you have any suggestions for improvement? Serve coffee and donuts.
