Guaranteed Ride Home Program

Goal
The program has been established so that in the event of an emergency a passenger will have a way home in the middle of the day.

How the Program Works
If during the middle of the day you have an emergency and need to get back to your car/bus stop all you have to do is call 513-732-7433 x2 tell the dispatcher what bus stop you would like to be picked-up and what stop you would like to be dropped off at.  The dispatch office closes at 5:30PM.
Please understand it may take some time for a driver to arrive downtown.
 
Rules

• The service is not available should you miss the last bus of the day.
• The service is for emergency use only.
• The program is a courtesy and if it is abused CTC may not be able to continue the program.
• You still have to pay the fare, you can use your Ride Card or pay the standard cash fare

How Can I Sign Up for the Program?
Simply fill out the Guaranteed Ride Home Form (PDF) and then either fax it to CTC at 513-732-7490 or mail it back to:

If you cannot view the PDF please contact the CTC dispatch office and a form can be mailed to you or the dispatchers can take your information over the phone.
