About John -
I have worked for Cincinnati Bell for 32 years and lived in Clermont County for 12 years. I was hesitant to move to Clermont County because of my commute to work. I previously rode the Metro Route 75X. I now ride the CTC Route 4X. I think CTC is a great improvement over Metro because CTC listens to the riders. I like not having to ride all the way to Anderson.
How Would Your Life be Different Without CTC? -
I may not have moved to Clermont County. I would have a lot more stress in my life by driving to Cincinnati. I would have less money in my pocket due to car maintenance, gas and parking costs. I would not have my Clermont County friends that I met on the bus.
How Long Have You Ridden CTC? -
I have ridden CTC since day one of the Route 4X service.
Do You Think CTC is Better Now Than 5 Years Ago and How? -
Yes, it is. We have seen more downtown routes and new busses. CTC is like the mail, they always run no matter how bad it is and they do not leave you stranded downtown.
Do You Have Any Suggestions for Improvement?
Some of the Route 4X riders would like to have a 4:30pm pick up from downtown.
