A Clermont Transportation Connection Transit operator who has provided service to the public has tested positive for COVID-19. If members of the public have concerns that they may have come in contact with an infected operator we advise them to closely monitor their health and follow all CDC guidelines, including contacting a medical professional should they develop symptoms.

On Monday, May 4,, the CTC will resume the normal 4X Amelia route asOhio’s reopening for business begins. From Amelia to Government Square, Downtown: There will be pickups at 5:30, 6, 6:30, 6:45, 7, 7:15, 7:30 and 7:55 a.m. Pickup times at Government Square will be at 3:15, 3:45, 4:15, 4:45, 5, 5:15 and 5:45 p.m.
Starting on Monday, March 30,, the New Richmond Route will be reduced to one ride downtown and back, instead of two. This move is being made because of reduced ridership during the COVID-19 pandemic. From New Richmond to Government Square, Downtown: There will be one pickup daily at Front Street Park and Ride at 6:45 a.m. and Rivertown Market Park and Ride at 6:55 a.m. Pickup time at Government Square Area E will be at 5:15 p.m. We will continue to monitor the situation and return to a second ride when ridership increases to past levels. If you need a ride outside of these times, please call Dial a Ride at 513-732-7433 (Press 2).
The CTC is still operating all other services and in most cases is able to schedule rides within the week rather than the typical 14 day advanced notice.
What is CTC?
CTC is the primary provider of public transportation in Clermont County. Founded in 1977 as CART (Clermont Area Rural Transit), CTC has continued to evolve and now offers three fixed routes in addition to its Dial-A-Ride services. CTC also provides the funding for Metro Route 82X and some of the funding for route 29X.
CTC Route 1 – Felicity to Eastgate via Amelia will be eliminated effective September 30, 2019. This means that the last date Route 1 will run will be Thursday, September 26, 2019. Should you need service after September 26, 2019, please call CTC’s Dial-A-Ride service at 513-732-7433. Dial-A-Ride is a door-to-door public transit service which operates very similar to a taxi cab. To schedule a ride you can call UP TO 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE, trips are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. The scheduling office is open from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. The service is open to any person in Clermont County. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Dial-A-Ride service is available Monday thru Saturday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The Park & Ride at Glen-Este Withamsville Rd. holds 30 vehicles. Amenities include a bus shelter, trash can, and a cut-out for the bus to pull over. The Park & Ride is located at 820 State Route.
