Dial A Ride Service

Dial-A-Ride is a door to door public transit service which operates very similar to a taxi cab.  Passengers must call the Dispatch office and schedule a ride on a CTC bus.  The service is open to any person in Clermont County.  All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NET)

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation or NET is available to persons on Medicaid.  The service provides transportation services to and from medical appointments.

Route 2X New Richmond Express

CTC provides non-stop express service from the Amelia and New Richmond areas to downtown Cincinnati on weekdays. We have 4 convenient bus stops located in downtown Cincinnati.

What is CTC?

CTC is the primary provider of public transportation in Clermont County.  Founded in 1977 as CART (Clermont Area Rural Transit), CTC has continued to evolve and now offers two fixed routes in addition to its Dial-A-Ride services.  CTC also provides the funding for Metro Route 4X and some of the funding for route 2X.

Dial-A-Ride is a door-to-door public transit service which operates very similar to a taxi cab.  To schedule a ride you can call UP TO 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE, trips are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.  The scheduling office is open from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday. The service is open to any person in Clermont County.  All vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Dial-A-Ride service is available Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Support Transit!

Like all transit systems in Ohio, CTC cannot provide all the service citizens request.  Click the below link to go to the Ohio Public Transit Association’s website to tell your representatives you support public transit. Most states provide around 23% of the funding for public transit.

Ohio only provides 3%.
