Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NET)

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation or NET is available to persons on Medicaid.  The service provides transportation services to and from medical appointments.

Route 4X Amelia Express

Route 2X New Richmond Express

CTC provides non-stop express service from the Amelia and New Richmond areas to downtown Cincinnati on weekdays. We have 4 convenient bus stops located in downtown Cincinnati.

Starting on Monday, March 30,, the New Richmond Route will be reduced to one ride downtown and back, instead of two. This move is being made because of reduced ridership during the COVID-19 pandemic. From New Richmond to Government Square, Downtown: There will be one pickup daily at Front Street Park and Ride at 6:45 a.m. and Rivertown Market Park and Ride  at 6:55 a.m.  Pickup time at Government Square Area E will be at 5:15 p.m. We will continue to monitor the situation and return to a second ride when ridership increases to past levels. If you need a ride outside of these times, please call Dial a Ride at 513-732-7433 (Press 2).

The CTC is still operating all other services and in most cases is able to schedule rides within the week rather than the typical 14 day advanced notice.

Support Transit!

Like all transit systems in Ohio, CTC cannot provide all the service citizens request.  Click the below link to go to the Ohio Public Transit Association’s website to tell your representatives you support public transit. Most states provide around 23% of the funding for public transit.

Ohio only provides 3%.
